Griffin started kindergarten

Where does the time go?  At the beginning of Summer, I was wondering what I would do with my boys for three months.  Now, I can't believe that every morning we are loading up in the van to head to Zahnow.
Griffin is LOVING school!!  He is in Ms. Schulmeister's class and it couldn't be a better fit for him.  She loves farming, riding four wheelers, Kenny Chesney, and being around kids.  He comes home every day with stories of the books they have read, the food in the cafeteria, and which kids were bad and had their clothes pin moved.  He is really a little sponge and absorbs anything that is presented to him.  His favorite activities are recess, lunch, and checking out how that SmartBoard works.
He's had a field trip to Eckerts accompanied by Dad, an open house and book fair that the entire family attended, and has me helping with learning centers every other week.
All in all, the year is off to a successful start and we look forward to seeing him grow over the school year.
