The past two evening we have been splashing around the waterpark. This thrills me for two reasons. One: the kids LOVE it! Two: Ben is finally finishing up this HUGE project! The park officially opens on Saturday, but we were able to get an early sneak peak. The contractors, city employees and board members were invited for a trial run last night. It opened at 5:30. At 5:27, it started pouring down rain. We were then given the option of waiting out the storm or coming back tonight (or both). Well, as you can imagine, we did both. There was no way Griffin was going home last night without getting his feet in that water. We waited until 7:00, but were then able to play for about an hour in the water. It's great for little kids! Griffin and Owen both had a wonderful time. We went back tonight for another hour. G and Grandpa joined us both nights and Grandma Theresa and Ashley came out last night.

I couldn't keep up with Griffin to get any more pictures. But, then again, I'm sure we'll be back many times this summer!
On a side note: the landscaping looks excellent! My hubby does great work!!
That looks so cool. Nolan just mentioned it last week that is looked good as he drove by. I am wanting to get to Cape soon. Maybe we can make the water park a stop. Have fun with the boys there this summer!
